I was born and raised in Dallas, spending the majority of my life there playing sports and avoiding schoolwork. God in His sovereignty and sense of humor saw fit for me to study more, play less and become a physician. I moved to Fort Worth in 2005 for medical school, attending the UNT Health Science Center, and remained there through June of 2013, completing residency in psychiatry at John Peter Smith Hospital. God definitely had the best plan as my studies have given me even more compassion for people, knowledge of their wants and needs and the desire to help people connect to God and His family, the Church. Now I spend my time focused on discipleship/counseling, my local friends and family in Dallas and coaching and training CrossFit. My hope for Legacy Bible Church is to see us actively participating in loving, meaningful relationships with one another as we live out the gospel.
