At Legacy Bible, we view the children God has given to us as precious. Therefore, we desire to be good stewards of the time and resources that He has given us by pouring as much of His truths into the children as we can in the short time that we do have with them. We believe that children are capable of learning deep truth from an early age. We pray that these beliefs are evident in the programs we offer, the curriculum we employ, and the other resources we provide.

Children's Worship
We feel that children learn an invaluable amount from experiencing corporate worship with their parents and from watching their parents and other church members around them worship God. However, there is also a great value in children learning and responding to God in ways that are a little more on their level. WIth these considreations in mind, we have structured our Sunday programs to allow children to experience both worship with the body and a children's worship time. We encourage parents to bring their children Pre-K and up with them to the main service so that they can participate in and observe the first 30 minutes of worship, which includeds praise, prayer, Scripture reading, and often communion. At 10:05, children Pre-K through 6th grade are dismissed to go to children's worship. During the children's worship time (10:10-11:15), children participate in a lesson from the Bible, engage in games and activities that pertain to the lesson, and listen to or sing songs and hymns. All grade levels study the same Bible passage on a given week, at each group's particular comprehension level, allowing parents to focus on one lesson with their children throughout the upcoming week.

We currently have children's worship classes for the following age groups:

Toddlers, age 2 (Children's worship begins at 9:30 for 2-year-olds.)
Toddlers, age 3 and 4 (Children's worship begins at 9:30 for 3- and 4-year-olds.)
Pre-K and Kindergarten
1st and 2nd grade
3rd and 4th grade
5th and 6th grace

Nursery
The nursery is available for infants and toddlers up to 24 months on Sunday mornings from 9:15 to 11:30
