We believe that one of the most important things any church can do is to challenge men to assume the responsibility of leadership. This leadership is a servant role of modeling the life of Christ in their homes, neighborhoods, workplaces, and communities.

Through small groups and one-on-one discipleship relationships, we encourage men to get together with other men for accountability, prayer, and encouragement toward spiritual growth.

Additionally, we organize retreats and other events for men throughout the year.
