James & Jennifer Arnold
International Christian Community
Country: France
James Arnold has served as President of ICC Eurasia for six years while concurrently pastoring the international churches of Nice and St Paul de Vence in the south of France where he has lived for the past 15 years.
Prior to moving to France, James worked as the Missions Pastor at Denton Bible Church for 15 years where he encouraged members to think and live missionally and where he served as a conduit for theological education to pastors in over 80 different countries.
James received his MABS and ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is married to Jennifer and they have five adult children. James “bleeds church when cut” and likes anything outdoors - especially when it includes water.
James was previously on staff at Denton Bible as the Missions Pastor. He now serves as the field director for Western Europe, shepherding the SERVE team in Nice, France, and coordinating the many short-term trips from Denton Bible that travels to southern France each year. James is the pastor of two churches in St. Paul and Nice. He also teaches Bible Training Center for Pastors (BTCP) and Centers of Church Based Training (CCBT) curriculum.
The Arnolds use their home as a hospitality ministry to fellowship with local people and also host traveling visitors. James travels various times a year to French-speaking Africa and the Middle East teaching BTCP and encouraging local ministry.
About ICC EURASIA
The mission of ICC is to establish and partner with english-speaking, internationally diverse, gospel-centered churches in all the principal cities of Europe, and beyond.
Our vision is for every church to become a radiating center of light in a secularized environment.
“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12
As followers of Christ, we are to carry this light wherever we go, beginning in our own communities and cities then reaching to the "ends of the earth." The purpose of each ICC church is to shine the truth of the gospel into the lives of individuals and into the cities of Europe, and then to equip individuals to journey to new places or return to their home countries with the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
