Aspire Academy is a Christ-centered school in Gitagata, Rwanda, started by Jordan and Ivan Mbaraga. This ministry is dedicated to supporting children and families through education and discipleship. We are passionate about seeing each child grow academically and spiritually. At the heart of Aspire, we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where students are known, valued, and encouraged to reach their full educational potential. Alongside education, we want to walk with children as they discover their value, their purpose, and the hope they have in Christ.
We are here because we truly believe in the potential in every child, especially those who are most vulnerable and often overlooked. We’ve seen the challenges many families face, and we feel called to come alongside them in a real, practical, and consistent way. Every student at Aspire is intentionally selected because they would not otherwise have the opportunity to attend school, and each one is sponsored into the classroom so they can learn, grow, and be cared for.
